World Food Safety Day is a campaign jointly organised by the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO) and aims to draw attention and inspire action to help prevent, detect, and manage foodborne risks.

Regardless of where a business sits in the food supply chain – from farm to fork,  we all share the responsibility to ensure there is safe and nutritious food for every person, all over the world. Because food safety is everyone’s business and safety and integrity of food is only as good as the weakest link.
